We started our 1st day in New York by receiving the New York PASS we had already purchased online, and immediately loaded onto the Downtown Loop Tour bus, which travels throughout Lower Manhattan to Battery Park and back .
The BIG BUS Downtown New York bus route is the longest, has many stops where you can get off, see what you planned and take any next bus BIG BUS, continue the sightseeing tour. The bus runs from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., so you can travel with stops all day long.
The first stop of the BIG BUS Downtown Tour route is at the corner of Broadway and 42nd Street (by the way, a 14-minute walk from our Blakely New York Hotel), the route through Lower Manhattan begins here, the bus takes you along 5th Avenue Times Square,

You can leave Upper Manhattan for another day, which we did, and after having a bite to eat, we went to the Empire State Building, because it is on our «must-do» list, and because it is IMPOSSIBLE not to see it!
Having climbed to the very top of the Empire State Building and enjoying its views, we set off towards our hotel, already pretty tired (do not forget about the time difference, which the body has not yet come to terms with) and planning to see along the way Times Square at night, because you CAN’T miss it!!!
